Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using I2R Apps Email Organizer ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Imagination 2 Reality LLC.

2. Description of Service

I2R Apps provides AI-powered email organization including automatic categorization, daily summaries, and action item detection for Gmail accounts.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Subscription and Billing

• The Service costs $4.99 per month after a 14-day free trial.
• Payment is processed by Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Gmail Access

The Service requires read access to your Gmail account to function. You grant this access voluntarily through Google OAuth. You may revoke access at any time from your Google Account settings or from the I2R Apps Settings page.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Imagination 2 Reality LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
